This agreement is once again just a NON BINDING one ..... don't get caught up with it... they did the same thing a year ago with a 500K tpa non binding agreement and did nothing.... I'm getting the impression they may be putting out some positive vibes for now maybe imo another CR ... I suppose setting up offices/staff in Darwin will not be cheap and will need further funds for start up quarry etc etc operating costs !!!! .....All just imo only so DYOR.
