You would think so, but it will be a micro business bringing in $350k per year with $5M in the bank. Sounds good, but when you factor in the 635M shares on issues the value fades quickly. Earnings will be just enough to cover management wages and costs. It will effectively be a self-licking ice-cream trading at around 1c a share, hard to do a CR in that situation.
I anticipate there will need to be a share consolidation before any cap raising is done. Or they will fold the company.
