Prior to commissioning of Three Mile Hill, FML toll treated through Greenfields. Check out the 24/11/16 announcement, particularly the picture...not too hard to envisage Greenfields pit being exclusively produced and toll treated in order to finance the refurb of 3MH as 'stage 1'; Brilliant/Tindals/Bonnie Vale being mined as 'stage 2', to then fund 'stage 3' - Laverton. If there is a desire, this should be achievable quite quickly and with limited cost, given that Greenfields pit is already established and subsequently would have a low strip ratio.
