Yes hoosh3 i totally agree management have to be better than the resource top notch look at nst, evn and slr have the best management you can get and it shows in the there share price obviously they seem to slack here! and they are probably paying too much to the contractors and management are not doing a good enough job for what they are being payed for . they need to do cost cutting big time, cut there Gigantic wages in half then watch the share price rise.
