What that deal did do, was create an ownership exchange for the top portion of Brilliant. i ti snow held by an entity (HRZ) who are desperate to monetise their resources, as opposed to Northern Star who saw it is a 'nothing'. The only missing link is the tenement dispute. That was meant to be heard tomorrow but has been adjourned....hopefully that means a settlement in the making. Can't help but feel that the AGM will be interesting. You don't put it on via zoom if you expect animosity - you'd just do it by phone.
