You are assuming negatives without knowing though? You clearly need formal evidence before investing, which is fair enough, so why argue here but rather wait for it and then make a decision? I often find naysayers (versus critical and informed questioners) on HC seem to ask questions of investors as if they were employed by the company. Again this is the stock market and we all hopefully make the best judgements we can based on a variety of information.
