I think one should make a clear distinction between spot prices and longer term contract prices with the latter adjusted once or maybe twice a year. While GXY/GMM and a few other hopefuls have not yet signed any off-take contracts and can feel lucky to be in a comfortable negotiating position now, ORE and most others are bound to longer term contracts (well, with ORE's I'm not perfectly sure since AFAIK the Toyota Tsusho deal details have never been made public) and most probably can not profit much from the recent Li/Spodumene price surge for a while.
