That hole does make it look like it's tapered out, yes, but it's one RC hole. Diamond gives you structure, vein shape/style etc etc. RC013 still had good results and is only a stones throw from RC030. I think there's more to it than the deposit ending between those two.
Geology can do all sorts of funny things.
A coal mine in QLD a few years back had several million tonnes wiped from their resource because their 100x100 grid completely missed a huge volcanic flow that was about 80m wide and a few hundred metres long.
tl;dr while at a glance the DD hole will disappoint, I think there's still potential.
