Ann: 8CO subsidiary Expense8 mandated for whole-of-government ERP, page-14

I don't understand why there's been an 8 day trading halt for a 3 page announcement with nothing material in it. I could be mistaken as I didn't find that the easiest document to read - but is this essentially "we're at the bigger table now and hopefully we can sign some new business"?

Curious to see how market will react and I'll base my decision off of that whether I personally jump back in. Lots of overhang to chew through so if this is in fact a material change for 8CO then I'd expect to see it move away from the weight of the down channel, base and move up in alignment with some contract signing down the road. That said this stock can move quite violently due to the low liquidity. Good luck to all, hope it moves in your favor
