Firstly, the Mets took 12 mths to come out and to add the Mets are over the total area of which they can only mine 50%.
And another thing they still have not got National Government Approval for a Mine.
Furthermore, in reference to their announcements (MEI):
- MEI did NOT produce met work 4 days after the acquisition notice in Dec 22. They produced a review of met work done by the previous owner in 2019.
- MEI started its own met work June 23 (Ann 27/6/23), notably after its maiden Jorc.
- Early results on 9 holes posted in Sept 23 (Ann 27/9/23) and the final results from 41 holes posted Dec 23 (Ann 7 & 8/12/23).
- Elapsed time from acquisition notice to final met results approx. 12 months, not 4 days. With elapsed time in the lab for full results approx. 6 months.
