Market is already accumulating basis the multitude of buy signals which have come through. Evidence the experts on site, the additional land which has been purchased (to allow commercial access) and the high caliber BoD members which have jumped on the project.
Each to their own. If “Mets” is your deciding factor, no need to keep shouting it out the car window. You can take a long walk in the park. Company has stated (paraphrased) that they are working enthusiastically to confirm their thesis and according to plan.
