With their low drilling costs and high cash position, we should see a lot of news flow this year!
On the corporate side the MKG take over was not done perfectly from an AUE shareholder perspective.
The permanent issuance of new AUE shares (for MKG shares) brought quite some selling pressure and despite a Gold price at all-time highs, AUE is trading around 30c. If it would have been possible to issue all AUE shares for MKG shares at once, Petra Capital could have organized orchesterd buying.
So, we are now starting on a low level. Good for new investors. Bad for us old shareholders.
