it IS a grant.. BUT "Receipt of the grant is subject to matched funding..." So if the Qld gov don't provide the additional $8m, who will? Will LG or GM or Posco or some other corporation just give qpm the $8m? I'd take a guess that if whoever coughs up the $8m, they'd be wanting something in return... At this stage, qpm has already promised majority of their offtake and qpme doesn't even make enough revenue to keep the lights on.... Just my opinion.. but i'd be guessing further sp dilution... and another $16m wasted on tech.. this must set some kind of record for a DFS spend?!? AND we still haven't received or heard ANY details on where it stands and what remains. No celebrations here..
