That might be the case in some parallel universe where loss making businesses are highly sought after.
Maybe after 50 or 100 sales a takeover would be a possibility,if the sales occurred in a reasonable time frame ie months ,not years. As to a takeover being a threat, I beg to differ, and suggest health budgets around the world being too overdrawn to allow for long-term investments in modest efficiency gains,that's a more likely threat. Takeover offer at this stage would be a dream.
