I had been in the building industry in Australia over 50 years and I can say there are the good and there are bad.
To give an example I was on a site where a DRAMA THEATRE was built at a certain time, so it was given to two builders from the same company to complete the job in time.
Well one side was finished on time and the other was 80% complete.
Not to say one was better than the other because I was not there when faults or alteration had to be finished before hand over.
We have a big problem in Australia is having competent trades people and our wages are not fare for the good trades and are a lot higher than say CHINA.
