In China they would build that plant in no time, they can build a high
speed railway station in a day, a processing plant might take a bit longer though.
Anyone know the cost to build ? Obliviously a major expense, though getting that
ore out of the ground is priority & start making some serious coin.
Gov will get all the funds invested back eventually & some in the long run.
