This announcement can only be seen as a positive and the Company is clearly gearing up for a major announcement with a global banking major who also has significant operations in the UK obviously.
The fact they mention this in the announcement about global banks with significant operations in the UK and also mention the advanced state of negotiations with the US tier 1 bank leads me to believe they are very close to finalizing the US bank deal in the near term.
