Add the buying price of those 9SPR rights issues and there is your effective buy-in price for the shares.

The main problem with this particular issue is that they are not on the market after today. The other problem with them is that apparently you're meant to be a shareholder prior to 26th of April in order to participate in the offer. By my reckoning that rules out holders that buy these after that date.
