I didn’t have time to read the full AR on fri arvo and was frustrated when my 1.5 bid was leapfrogged by 1.6 buyer and later close at 1.7
But after reading the AR I can see why.
Advanced discussion with tier 1 N American bank (tier 1’s are absolutely massive enterprises).
paid proof of concept trial with European bank this past quarter
Agreement with VISA (!!!) that will aid their distribution and uptake
These bode very well for future revenue (hold thumbs). I esp liked this part

sounds like they are confident of securing the next contract otherwise that’s quite a sentiment to express in an AR to market!

the major risk here is that they only have around $1.3m in kitty after settling their debt facility in April, so if no contracts, will need CR
