    Why didn't they disclose some financial details of the deal? I think this is a major problem as to why there is lack of support in the stock as people want to know what does "material" mean. I think we all see the potential but would love to know a bit more about the terms as this is a white label sale therefore is it a one off deal, per subscriber deal, or annual deal.
