Been in this game a long time and one of the reasons I did not sell was due to the company releasing that there would be a capital raising well before it was completed which is very unusual for small caps in particular . In my opinion news of a capital raising prior to the event was to restrict the stock price from moving to far away for the approximate capital raise stock price they intended to raise at . Now the Company is well funded with new institutional investors with expected near term key partnerships to be released in the near term . I would not be surprised at all if news has been held back with the intention of releasing after the Capital Raise has taken place . This ran very hard on its last run to around 3.5 cents with strong volume . Interest should build in the coming days or weeks as they could not of picked a worse day this year to come out of a Trading Halt with markets having a terrible day .
