Jos, it's a bit hard for anyone to judge wether capex is high or low at moment due to lack of information. For a start, does The Norton site have mains power connected or will that be a considerable expense?Alternatively if not will they need to purchase a decent sized diesel generator to power the mine, which will cost $$$ and I can tell you from experience a 350 kva genset will burn about 80 litres of diesel per hour so do the maths on running that 24 hrs a day. then there is the question of water supply.does the site have town water or will it need to be trucked in at great expense as gold mines use a lot of water. These are just 2 fundamental questions that would have a huge effect on both capex and opex of Norton, but this basic info hasn't been released to shareholders so it makes it very difficult to place a valuation on Norton.Shareholders deserve to know the full story from management not given the mushroom treatment.
