Not sure if there was a gas supply pipe running past in 1990 to plug straight into so if Hunt bros had to build infrastructure from scratch that is also another reason to walk away.

Not sure debono until they actually flow test those areas, I don’t think it will matter once we get further down, that is where the share price will get active once we are in the bigger anomalies if they get some decent hits (unless we are in a trading halt of course)
