It was said by PM Scott Morrison on the news about 3 weeks ago. I googled (How to contact government ministers). Sent email to Minister of Finance Office. Email was forwarded to Josh Frydenberg. I got the reply about a weeks later.(2 weeks ago). My post about this included all that was in the reply i received.
