Correct, and tbh whatever the value may end up being it will at worst not affect recovery of the main metals and at best it will offset production costs of the main metals.
The higher availability of scandium coming onto the market is a good thing IMO, even if prices drop. It will make R&D of scandium uses more affordable and hopefully lead to more uses for the metal and therefore higher demand.
