First week of June is to blame (the bastard) when it decided to collapse after such a good hold for 3 months, its been languishing ever since, with no decent announcements through June people got a tad impatient and obviously shifted their focus elsewhere. Now we are sitting at the bottom of the pile waiting for investors to return but its going to take a few more of these or better to recover. Take advantage and buy more because it will get there (I keep convincing myself of that) I only wish someone else would.
