Perhaps. Looking at the current buyers/sellers, there is barely any interest here. Big question is why. maybe the announcements weren't as impressive, or graphite pricing is weak. Overall, my take would be that if nobody is flocking into the stock after such an announcement, it probably means the market is not impressed (yet). my opinion of course.
