Incorrect on the grinding circuit and ball mill, but correct on the age of the plant at ~ 25 yrs old...there was issues with slims, clean water, high carbonate ore, and VXL ran out of money...hence insolvency July 2016 owing millions in total to creditors, suppliers, and employees.
There was no cash in line as the liquidity trust debt exceeded AU$ 9 million and the only debt that was considered, but in the end the lender backed out, was a double digit interest loan, with royalties, and terms that were unachievable.
