Hmmm not really. You do know that NNW doesn't own most of the agreements right, so they don't own the customers at all, nor the partnerships.
Handpay do.
Sure Handpay are assigning them or transferring them, where possible. Otherwise its a new agreement, which would come with a good $A250k gratuity per contract, minimum off the books.
If I had a business, and I tried to sell it to you, and I did not own what I was selling you, the chances of that transaction going through are about zero. You would say you're kidding mate.
You blokes are all paying $250m on a shoestring agreement here.
