I would have to agree with sabi on this matter. I saw this eventuality coming and was fortunate enough to sell out my entire holding just under 6 cents a month ago. The company does not appear to have any loyalty to current shareholders otherwise it would have offered these discounted shares to the long-suffering current shareholders as well as to institutional and sophisticated investors. What's happening now is that these " newbies" will straight away make easy profits from the expected reserve increase announcement, many selling out as fast as they can. The share price will most likely do the same as last year - rise to around 7 cents and then get heavily sold down back to the low 5's by these disinterested opportunists.
All up a very disappointing way to treat your existing mostly loyal shareholders. Bad form indeed.
