Good to hear there was an upgrade but I would question why does it cost $1.1m in a span of 6 months?
I hope they are using the funds wisely as $1.1m seems like quite a lot of an existing development team.
Even if you had 10 resources (PM, developers, BAs) for 6 months (averaging $15k/month -> equiv. 180k/year), that's around 900k.
