A director buying, nobody asks why. A director shifting / selling shares and suddenly all is fishy.
If they get paid in shares and sell a few to get some cash - people complain.
If they get paid cash - people complain.
If they don't get paid at all - people get suspicious and complain too.
So, what is the solution? - Just sell out.
