As a observer of Kin and a believer of the projects profitabilty, I have sat on the sidelines since the outing of the two Directors who had the experience and knowledge to build the mill and take the project to production.

Without full transparency from the current board of what the expected Mill costs are or what was listed as a significant overrun of the initial production cost, I lack the confidance to make an investment into a stock wIth management that continues to issue script and dilute shareholders equity. Not to forget oversea a significant decline in share price.

Trying to pick a point to make an initial invesment with the current managament and lack of transparency's is as risky as trying to catch a falling knife.
