Why would ASIC be interested? are you claiming the SP is being manipulated? Gee it seems that whenever any stock is stagnant or sold down it has to be cappers or shorters. Right now according to HC posters there are literally 100s of sticks being manipulated.

its simple if the demand for the product (in this case the company’s shares) is more than the supply then eventually the price will rise. Why don’t people face the fact the demand even at these low prices is just not there?

With some true clarity about costs and the politics (paddy and present) this could be worth buying. BUT they continue to not fully disclose matters that, though they undoubtedly are not legally required to do so, should be in order to allow a warts and all assessment of the company. The information supplied to the market is just to broad and non specific. I want to be able to make a pro v con anaylsis as to why the project should have gone ahead despite the potential cost overruns v the current scenario that has seen massive wealth destruction. Did they actually undertake such an evaluation or did they panic?

At present it still reeks of politics with Dixon determined to hold his position regardless of the consequences.

There were a lot of highly respected People and organisations involved in the DFS with multiple peer reviews. what really happened and when?  

having said all of that it is now history and the company now finds itself very much with a credibility issue. Overall the project is certainly worth more than the current SP with the question now how low will the SP go?
