    Look I am not sure its overhang.

    I think it will strengthen the capital structure for sure and inject capital. I am hoping they have projects and acquisitions in line for these capital injections as it will create opporuntities for exponential re rates.

    Looking forward to the execution of the TSI acquisition and 6-10 million FCF per year
