if it is three times overbid, why is the issue price only $1.20?? You can tell someone pulled it out of their posterior because it is a round number, it is not the result of an auction process! The brokers get a 4% fee for doing what exactly? Sending a few emails and going out for a long lunch?
What's even weirder is that 3 directors sold millions of dollars of shares at that price. Is there something in the Perth drinking water?
