If others are willing to fork up 100million in this uncertain global environment who am I to disagree that CXO is a buy at $1.03?

Whilst I dont believe Tesla will be announced as one of the Soph or Institutional buyers this comment has potential for a Tesla involvement
Possibly attached to the third agreement with Tesla remains outstanding. DOwn stream processing etc...
