The LT holders won't blink at a 5% issue. It's the buy and sell brigade who are complaining. This board and management team have taken this from nothing to an asx200 company. As for the goose who suggested debt? clearly no idea on the real world and availability of debt finance to a pre cashflow business.
$100m issue in twelve months to invest in accelerated exploration is a no brainer.
the fact that the price gets hammered pre CR is a fact of life....and in fact the shareholders have approved the issue by prior resolution from memory so doesn't need SH approval.
