It wouldn't be surprising if the C.R wasn't at the request of Tesla as they wanted the balance sheet strengthened before they signed any binding offtake agreement. Both parties agreed to the extension until the end of October. Once formal notification to the ASX of the C.R being completed, that could get interesting. IMHO.
