    This is what I think is planned.
    Soon after it starts trading again. CXO will come out with a good announcement to move the price up.
    This way instos can start to sell what they bought in CR. And retail will get sucked into the CR before cut off on sept 15th.
    After sept 15th, shareprice will come under renewed downward pressure as shorts kick in again
    IMHO
