I was a holder of PEN, way back before the fukushima 2011 U price crash.
And they were a producer back then. They had already an operating ISL mine at same location or so.
I sold out of all U stocks at that time.
So, what happened to all the infrastructure where they were producing ? and why they have had to raise all this money to restart ?
