Well the $850 cut off is grossly unfair to very small holders who bought their shares in good faith. I am one such very small holder. I bought $100 worth in good faith four months ago at 12.5c. Someone who was lucky enough to invest the same $100 a few weeks later at ~11.75c (851 shares!) could get the same allocation as someone who has 10 million shares... whereas for want of 51 shares am entitled to absolutely nothing at all.
