Did you actually read what I wrote? I don't expect a massive windfall, just fair treatment with everybody else. Why couldn't they scale it in a way that everyone got at least some minimum allocation proportional to their holding?

I don't know where you rank in scheme of things at PEN. But let's say you are the nth biggest shareholder and the board "at it's complete discretion" decided to stop the distribution at the (n-1)th largest shareholder. I'm quite sure you'd be ropable.
