I'm happy with the whole thing. Bigger bidders got a little more than I expected but compensated for with the sanction for those who sold a lot pre-allocation.
The thing I'm happiest with is that from experience, when they don't succumb to raising the amount raised together with a big oversubscription price tension tends to be maintained.

Of course, the greedy part of me wanted more money for nothing. (My chicks for free, too).

PS Surprised Hussy could maintain the rage for a decade. Seems to be able to meet Gough Whitlam's challenge.
