Yes, it was all explained in the prospectus, so you can't really blame the company.. as you say, it's a lesson learned!

However, it's never pleasant to hear of people's losses

If you truly believe in the company (you said you were going to hold long term), you can still buy on-market today

I understand you are disappointed with how you didn't get any SPP, but throw emotions out the window. Ask yourself if you bought today at 13c, do you think the SP will be a lot higher in say months or years from now? If yes, you can still make money with PEN

Plenty of other opportunities out there if you move on, but I think uranium is a great sector to be invested in (and particularly with PEN getting back into production)
