It's really sad to see the contempt in which very small shareholders are held by the board.
As someone who in good faith bought a $100 parcel of PEN through Superhero 4 months ago at 12.5c, I don't expect to have a massive windfall dropped in my lap, but I do expect to get the same treatment from the board as other shareholders. Why was it not possible to give small shareholders (indeed all shareholders) a maximum allocation proportional to their holdings?
Clearly being a very small shareholder gives you no rights at all. Frankly it's a kick in the guts to know that while my 800 shares entitle me to not a single 7.5c share, someone with 851 shares who applied for the maximum allocation is sitting pretty. So much for the aussie fair go.
