Yes I've done it again, had to jump in at 0.385 and buy another $16K parcel, because I believe we will be diddled out of being able to contribute to this great Project. Management look like they have set their minds to the SPP being limited to $12.0mil , with scaleback likely similar to the $5.0mil SPP in Aug2021. However I agree with @Birchcorp that due to the higher quality of existing investors the scaleback esp for those holders with over $30K of shares will likely be horrendous (ie 10%-20% of what you request with a max. of $5000. ) as the 2021 $5.0milSPP was at $0.12 this one at 0.37 ie triple and the cap at only $12mil WHAT GIVES BOD?? Do you want the money or not?

A Note to BOD ARU OPEN UP THE SPP to be $50mil+ with a close enough 1 for every 4 shares held LIMIT (up to the max. allowed of $30K)

This BOD has to get the message that existing shareholders do need to be considered, and "looked after" and the only way to truly do this is a proper Rights/Entitlement Issue/raising eg 1 for every 4 shares held at 0.37 (and exclude those that ppt in CR). Is ARU swimming with the big boys yet or NOT, BOD ?? This bullshit Placement then limited SPP is crap for existing holders. With 20,000+ existing shareholders ARU have expanded their SH base ++ over the past 2-3 years that we don't need anymore, existing SH are quite capable of stumping up the CR funds in a fair and proportional manner.
