Think some people are missing the point - the BMV finance package would not happen without the 50m SAU shares to allow the investor to take an equity position. Plus another $900k into the company coffers for its own gold plays (and hopefully dd costs in another jurisdiction).
SAU now at a $4.4m discount to its cash and BMV shares - I cant see anything else at such a discount (even with the current market sentiment).
