No jogo, sold out of GPR 24hrs (@ 19c), after the shock announcement that lead to the big fall. My best trade of the year, confirmed by the latest total fiasco. As for SAU, this parrot is still dead. Meanwhile BMV, "The South Korean focused gold company" is going nowhere fast, but continues to issue vacuous press releases .... OMG ... another investment quicksand vehicle that supports a BOD living off gullible investors.
Why anyone still holds this (or stocks like it) is one of the enduring mysteries of stock investing.
Its a form of pathological panglossian attachment syndrome (aka PPAS). Many gold stocks have rusted on shareholders with PPAS.
Strangely, most I have found don't hold physical gold, although espousing all the hackneyed arguments for gold as a protection against inflation, deflation etc None of these seem to matter except if you live in a second or third world country that has endemic currency depreciation.
