    I don't think the company would have the audacity to raise lower (at this stage ) so I would assume yes
    I believe they are to be released today

    Perhaps they can squeeze this to all time lows around 0.04c?

    I guess the promised update for end of last month segwayed into a cap raise no rush now with a few more million in the kitty lol

    Perhaps good news will be released for the recent capital raise participants to sell into ( i know I will be )
    ( that couldnt happen could it?)
